Gabriel J. Vancea’s journey began in the heart of Transylvania, Romania, a land steeped in history and tradition. Raised by his grandparents, Gabriel grew up with a deep appreciation for respect, grace, and the value of hard work. Summers were spent on the family farm, tending to animals and participating in the annual harvest—a grounding experience that shaped his character and instilled a strong sense of responsibility.​
At the age of 16, Gabriel moved to the United States with his family, bringing with him the enduring values of his heritage. While navigating the challenges of a new country, he worked tirelessly, juggling a nighttime janitorial job and weekend shifts as a waiter in a retirement community’s dining room. Despite these demands, he excelled academically, graduating high school with honors before pursuing a degree in Marketing and Finance at the University of San Francisco.

CAREER:
Gabriel’s professional journey began during his sophomore year at University of San Francisco when he secured an internship with a top 5 consulting firm. Demonstrating remarkable dedication, he worked full-time throughout his junior and senior years while completing his degree. Upon graduation, he transitioned into a role as a digital consultant, partnering with Fortune 500 clients to enhance their digital capabilities.
Through unwavering commitment and strategic insight, Gabriel rose to an executive position where he now oversees large-scale delivery projects. His career is a testament to the power of resilience and the pursuit of excellence, blending cutting-edge solutions with the timeless principles of integrity, respect, and leadership.
NON-PROFIT:
In 2020, Gabriel founded the Advance Forward Foundation to empower the next generation through three key pillars: scholarships, financial literacy, and mentorship.
The foundation provides scholarships, essential life skills and guidance to high school students. Gabriel’s leadership reflects his commitment to creating opportunities and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.

In 2024, Gabriel published Gentleman 101: The Complete Guide for the Modern Man. This book invites readers to embrace a life of purpose and grace, rooted in respect, thoughtfulness, and dignity. Gabriel’s writing serves as a guide for those seeking to grow while staying grounded in timeless values.

Job that taught you the most?
Janitor. My brother and I worked as janitors all throughout high school. Taught us humility, and developed work ethic and respect towards everyone regardless of their job.
Favorite gentleman rule?
Rule 55: First Impressions Lasts. This serves as a powerful reminder that in all areas of life, we should strive to put our best foot forward. People will inevitably form opinions about us—whether we like it or not—so why not give them something positive to remember?
